Put the Brief into action. Start to develop the initial concept for the project delivering image visuals, plans, sketches, Conceptual 3D's and finishes to the client.

Within the design development stage of a project we complete all drawing documents and colours, finishes, fixtures and equipment's schedules for Builders and/or Shop fitters to price the project.
Present the client with a colour board of finishes.
Also finalize 3D Visuals representing the desired outcome of the space.
Builder or Shop Fitter would be appointed by this time.
This process we complete and finalize all Documentation drawings - plans, elevations, sections and details and all the Schedules - colours, finishes & materials; Furniture, Fittings and Equipment.
Builder Commences and Construction is started.
Depending on the Type of Project there could be demolition first then the recreation of the Documentation drawings will commence.
This is where the design comes to reality.
Through the construction process of any project regular site visits and meetings will occur with the builder, designer and client (when required). This is to conclude that the holistic approach to the design is upheld or if there are any unforeseen issues which need resolution on site are required. Also as the project is coming to its

Project is completed and all the elements to the design have been resolved and the project is handed over to the client.
After Occupancy of the Project has concluded a Post Occupancy Evaluation and a Design Review is completed. This process assesses the operational performance of the building against the design and how the design has best met the client/end users needs. It determines if any additional fine turning to the design is required.
