After completing Brisbane the client, we were asked to design the same at there new Gold Coast site. This site was existing, and our brief was to use as much of the existing as possible in relation to entry, walls and ceilings. The ceilings in this space were all at different levels so we needed to investigate what that would do moving forward with the conceptual layouts.
We designed 6 typical layouts once again to show the client what the possibilities were depending on what walls they decided to keep. The client again selected the concept that we wanted to go with which was very systematic would minimize the difference in ceiling levels used as many of the existing walls as possible but to also maximize the number of students per level. It was a great outcome.

As we needed to use the existing layout of the building, we needed to produce more drawings then for Brisbane these were as followed:

Again, the Client supplied and installed all furniture and had the signage completed.
ALBRIGHT INSTITUTE BRISBANE
15 ADELAIDE STREET BRISBANE CBD
We had an opportunity to work with Albright Educational Institute to space plan their new classrooms for another level addition to their Brisbane Facility in Adelaide Street. There brief was to produce as many classrooms on this level accommodating as many students to each level as possible and to use any existing walls and all existing facilities on the level. Two thirds of the floor plate was a cold shell with all the ceiling panels included and the other part we needed to use as many of the existing walls to accommodate large classrooms for approximately 25-30 students per class where possible.
We Completed 6 Layout Options and the client went with our preferred. We then completed the drawing package for the builder to facilitate and complete the classrooms according to our plans.

All furniture and signage was provided by the educational institute after completion of the building works were completed.
